Kevin, the stewards contacted me regarding our incident during the High Speed Ring race. After reviewing the video and the data, they came to the conclusion that the accident was my fault. At the time when we touched, your front tire was ahead of mine and this makes me responsible for the accident. They banned me for the next two races. I appealed their decision, and reviewed the video and data myself. While reviewing the videos, I came across evidence that Trevor got one of his mechanics to stand in the middle of the straight on Deep Forest racetrack to try to slow my blistering pace down. Obviously it did not work. The stewards did not want this information to go public, so our racing incident at High Speed Ring is considered a non issue.

Trevor, my lawyers will be contacting your fuel man very shortly.

Can't do Spa... not everyone owns that track. :(

We'll vote tonight while online.

Great racing tonight!

Steve made his first appearance in the series and walked away with a 2nd and 1st!
His skill/luck in the first turn of the 2nd race gave him a +40 second lead that he did not waste!

Despite Kevin having his worst night of the series he's still holding onto 2nd place overall from Alek!

Jason B & Trevor both missed one night of the series and are tied for 4th overall!

Thanks to everyone who came out!

I didn't realize that last night was the last one!! I thought we had talked about an endurance race. Kinda disappointed, I like the Z06!

There's no reason it has to end.... if we want to continue it.
How about a 5th night and then an enduro on Sunday night?

Random tracks again for Thursday?

I'm all for it, but I don't mind if we start the NASCAR either if others want to end the series. I'd run the Z06 for the rest of the year though I think!! I know the car is good enough to get a win, I just need better luck in the first few laps and dial out just a bit more understeer. I like how planted it is on the power though, so I don't want to mess with it too much!!

I'm up for a few more rounds...but if that's the case I am going to switch my 500R8 shifter over to a sequential unit so I don't have to run an automatic Viper anymore.

When I had control of the gear selection...that car was fantastic and quick!!

I did manage a 1:58 last night in automatic mode...just after my microphone stopped working...

2. Jason S.: 1:59.810
3. Kevin: 2:00.245

Never left the ground from what I could see either. I didn't save the replay to watch it over, but I was the second last one into the turn and had a pretty good view of the whole thing! I believe my fastest lap time was lap 23 or 24 as well, but I never put on softs until the last stop on lap 20.

Sorry about that Kevin, I thought only Jason and Steve made it to Lap 25.

My fastest lap was set on medium tires.
I started off on softs but after the turn 1 incident with Steve ~40 seconds ahead of me I decided to switch to mediums.
I was trying to undercut Steve with less pitstops however the game goofed and sent me through the pits without fresh tires killing any chance I had.

Lets do a 2hr Nürburgring GP/F race on Sunday.
The enduro will be 4x the regular points, so 64pts for 1st, 60pts for 2nd, 56pts for 3rd, etc

To allow for a prompt start time lets use tonight as a practice session for the enduro, maybe even do a fun/non-points 25 lap race.
