Your car is identical to mine only with yellow wheels instead of red!! No matter, I think I'm going with the Challenger anyway. On a side note, I don't know how to post pics either!!

*edit* Now that I look at it a bit closer, I see it's a dark shade of blue, and not black, haha, not hard to tell I've been at home on the pills for the last week and a half...

I'm gonna use a Challenger, #77, Sublime with white wheels. I'm not geeky enough to post a picture up though.....

Maybe later when I get home from work

I see that the "event" post shows the changes to the series, but the tires selection is still limited to Racing Hard, thought we were allowing all the tires?

I'm going with the Camaro, #13, black and red. I'd like to see the races at 18-20 laps to ensure that Varga has to use pit stop too!! Maybe go with a distance instead of laps. I'll even volunteer to do out the math for how many laps if we can agree on how long we're going.

*edit* FINAL decision, going with the Camaro. I'm faster with the Dodge, but easier on tires and more consistent in the Chevy

Trevor, your car will be identical to mine with that color scheme.

Actually I am going to miss most of this series as I'm headed to Daytona, so maybe you keep it and I'll change when/if I get to race this series.

Are we still doing 15 laps? Maybe we should have one race 20 laps just to see what it is like.

How do you set the car number? When I race prepped mine it defaulted to #1 (BTW it's a dark green colour to match my fathers old Chevelle SS)

Also when you say no ASM, Skid Recovery Force, or Active Steering ...does that include ABS?

And unfortunately I won't be able to race Sunday night, so if you need to kick me off tonight (I assume a limit of 16) to make room for somebody who can do the whole series ...no problem

Thanks
Stacy

In your garage if you click on your car when the big picture of the car shows up under it there are some options that you can choose. One is the car number.

See you all tonite.

I dont think there will be 16 people on tonite stacy. you should be fine

In your garage, pick your car, and along the bottom where it says change car, tuning, etc, there is an option to change the number and style of number just to the left.

We haven't hit near the limit of entrants for a race yet, so I doubt anyone is getting kicked off, looking forward to racing again tonight!!

And yes, we are allowed to run ABS and TCS.

Stacy please join us tonight... I'd be surprised if we have more than 8-10 people.

The game can do 16 but the most we've ever had in 1 race is 13.

Ok time for a Image moment

I didn't say I wasn't playing tonight ...I said bump me if we hit max players as I can't do the whole series.

Me and my old momo wheel will be there tonight. As long as I have a blue line showing me the general direction of the track and when to brake (something I wish iRacing racing had...) I'm good

Thanks
Stacy

iRacing does have a driving line you can turn on in TEST mode and the Rookie Series events. :!:

oh...

I just might have to change my focus (...to what my default simulator will be) so that I'm on the same learning curve as everyone else.

Not tonight though!

The one race I actually got to do was fun. I'm not sure what is going on. It's like my system is taking longer to load. My connection is good, just not with the PSN, I guess.
