Lap 100

We are 2 full laps ahead. Spending the time (days) to tune the R10 to be faster in the wet than the competition has paid dividends so far.

J.Rossingno in the Speed 8 has taken 2nd place from D.Munoz in the Judd GV5. D.Jacobsen in the C60 Peugeot is in 4th.

Pitted on lap 109 for fuel and tires.

Lap 107 was an 8:46.099 driven by Jason in the pouring rain!

Varga takes over for his final stint on lap 111.
He's being silly and attempting to do 9 or 10 laps on 1 tank of fuel.

By my calculations his fuel will only last 6 laps.
6.6 to be exact... and then the car will limp into fuel saving mode.

Rain is easing up.
Little under 6hrs left.... Harrod just came back. Varga has to leave at 2pm for a wedding.

Can we expect any visitors? Paul? Steve? Kevin? Bueller? Bueller? Bueller?

With the track drying out our competitors pitted 1 lap earlier than us for dry tires. The Speed 8 passed us (to unlap himself once).
Varga did 7 laps and used 80L of fuel, which I must admit was better than I expected. 11.5L per lap instead of the 15L we've been doing, not bad.

Varga pits and Harrod jumps in on lap 118 with slick racing tires.
First time we've been able to use dry tires in nearly 100 laps.

Track is "mildly moist" at this point but drying quick.

Track is fully dry.

Harrod is on lap 127. I'm planning to take the seat for lap 128.

Harrod is back in the drivers seat at the start of lap 131.
He has to leave at 4:30 so unless someone else shows up I'll be doing the final 2.5hrs by myself.

by my calculations I drove a total of 61 laps until I left at 1:45pm.....with an estimate of 9.6 min/lap...that is 9.7~ish hours.

My longest stint was 22laps which was easily 3.5 hrs........Now I actually cannot believe that I was able to do that.

And my longest stint for one tank...was 10 laps.....with an average lap time of 10-11 min per lap (very tired and very rainy).....

From what I can pick out (we didn't do a very good job of record keeping this time)
Varga = 61 Laps
Jason = 57 Laps
Scott = 25 Laps
Brian = 13 Laps

Fastest dry lap = Jason 7:32.080
Fastest wet lap = Jason 8:46.099
Longest stint = Varga 22 Laps
Most Laps between pitstops = Varga 11 laps

I'd suggest maybe same cars but start over with a schedule. Some people might not want to jump into the middle of a 'series'.
