Started 7th, Jason behind the wheel.
Had some minor first corner contact.
Jumped to 3rd after the first few turns.

Managed to get into first by Fuchsröhre

Spun at Galgenkopf on lap 3.

Pitted at the end of lap 3, Brian took over.
We were overtaken in the pits, currently 2nd place 21.7 seconds behind the leader Munoz.

With fresher tires, Brian retakes the lead on lap 4.

We only took on tires during our first pit, no fuel to save time.

Thanks to Ian Pearce for stopping by and watching the first few laps of the race.

Brian pits on lap 6 for fuel and tires.

Currently on lap 7, 34.5 seconds ahead of Munoz
One thing to note is Rossingnol is currently 2nd, after starting from last.

Due to technical difficulties we are unable to have a practice setup.
Varga's PS3's RCA and COMPONENT port is not working.

If anyone is willing to bring their PS3 over so we can have a practice setup that would be great!

Varga had a spin in Kesselchen, and is still 24 seconds ahead of 2nd place going into the Karussell.

Varga misfueled the car on the last pit stop.
It went into fuel saving mode on final straight. Pulling into the pits now.

They're in A-spec, so no lounge. Sorry. Come on over...
I think they are going to try to get the webstreaming up shortly. Jason's driving now so once he taps out he'll probably look at it.

I think the secondary PS3 is also up and running for other games and/or qualifying.

Brian takes over from Jason on lap 29.

Jason did one stint on softs, but with the rain coming down hard, did his second 1/2 with inters.

Brian is trying full rains in the front and inters in the rear.

Brian driving in the rain, just lapped the Courage - Judd GV5 who is in 2nd place at the moment, so we are about 8mins ahead.

It's dark now, need headlights. There is a little light in the sky but not much.

Brian pits at the end of lap 34 for fuel and tires.

Harrod takes it out to start lap 35, inters on front & rear.
The 2nd place car unlapped him self while we were in the pits.
We're still 10:18seconds ahead of him.

Brian's taking off soon, so we're looking for drivers and/or entertainment to help us stay awake.

Varga pits at the end of lap 45 for fuel and tires.... 9mins ahead of 2nd place.

Harrod and I are watching F1 Korean qualifying... hopefully it'll be a good showdown between Vettel and Button.

Varga pits on lap 56 for fuel & tires. We are only 4mins ahead.
The rain, darkness and late hour are taking a toll. Can't wait for day break.

Varga just woke from his nap.
7:45am, over 1/2 way.

Jason pits at the end of lap 79, 1 lap and 3:30 ahead.
Varga takes the wheel for the start of lap 80.

Still raining, still pitch dark (it's only 3:45am in Germany) ;)

So far in the dark/rain Varga's best lap was a 9:28.
Jason ran a personal dark/rain best of 9:02 and Harrod was around the 10min mark.

The computer is running a little over 10mins per lap, so we are putting a nice buffer in.

Driving in the rain and the dark is not fun. One or the other, not both at the same time. I opted that we restarted around the 5 hour mark to see if we would get no rain, but there were no takers. See you in a few hours. Good Luck.

THe sun is up, but the rain continues. Varga is running lap 95, and they are currently two laps up on the AI. Jason is trying to catch a few minutes of sleep, and I'm making breakfast (hint hint...)
