Without seeing the car, that is an awsome price for a 2nd gen car, especially with a hardtop. Thats the lowest price I have seen...

Quite, that's what I sold my 1990 for with hardtop, though it had quite a bit of additional parts added on and was 100% warm climate/winter stored since new.

I think I've seen it around - I bumped into a fellow last year at a gas station who owned a silver 99 Miata with hardtop and 14X km on it. I can't speak to the condition of the car beyond saying the paint looked a little faded. It had aftermarket 15s on it.

I'm surprised the price is so low, honestly. There was a 2000 SE that sold for $14k or $15k - higher than asking price - after a bidding war erupted at a local used car lot two years ago.

Same car as mine, but mine had leather. Nice car. It would also have the desirable Torsen 4.3 LSD too...
