As this is a government property, there will be some changes compared to a regular event. We have some rules to follow, and there will be 2 comissionaires present for the whole event.
If you break these rules you risk being removed from the site and possibly banned from future events. It took a lot of work on behalf of ASCC President Debbie Miller to get this site, we do not want to jeopordize it in any way. That said, the rules are quite simple. They will also be covered clearly in the driver's meeting.
1)
Smoking will be allowed ONLY in a designated area with an ashtray. Absolutely no smoking elsewhere onsite.
2) Absolutely no drugs or alcohol.
3) No speeding or reckless driving anywhere on or near the property.
4) Do not leave ANY garbage on site. We will have bags near the timing trailer for garbage, there are no excuses for leaving garbage anywhere.
5) Access will be at the southeast side of the base on a sideroad where Hines Road meets Caldwell Road. It is a gravel road.
There will be a lunch break between morning and afternoon runs. Ensure you bring liquids, food, and extra/appropriate clothing.
Insurance: As required by ARMS, provided by ASN Canada FIA. Waiver to be signed by all persons on-site.
