Supplemental Regulations for June 19th, 2016 ASCC Club Autoslalom #3

Registration onsite only. Registration closes at 10:15.
Location: Scotia Speed World, near Halifax International Airport, Halifax NS

Timing and Scoring: James,Charlotte Cathy Partridge, and Krista Barron
Registrar: Krista Barron, Charlotte and Carthy Partridge.
Chief Scrutineer: TBD
Safety Steward: TBD
Entry Fee: $20.00 (for members of an ARMS-affiliate club).

Schedule:
0800: Volunteers are asked to arrive.
0830: Registration and Scrutineering Open.
1015: Registration and Scrutineering Closed.
1035: Drivers meeting.
1040: "Official" course walk.
1100:
Insurance: As required by ARMS, provided by ASN Canada FIA. Waiver to be signed by all persons on-site.

Regulations: This event will be held under the General Competition Rules of ARMS, and the Atlantic Sports Car Club event regulations. This is the 3RD event of the 2016 ASCC club Autoslalom season.

Absolutely no speeding or reckless driving around the site will be tolerated. Driving behavior during the event will be discussed at the drivers meeting

Scotia Speed world has there regular Friday night races, and then a pro-stock race Saturday. So Scotia speed world has the right to cancel our Sunday event IF they are rained out on the days before. So please keep a eye on here if they are calling for rain, and we will keep this up to date prior to the event.
Run/Work Groups:

All cars must have their competition number and class displayed on both sides of their car for the benefit of the Paddock Marshall and the Timing and Scoring staff.

There will be 1 run group. After your run you have 4-5Min to check your car and times, then relieve the person next to run at the station start informed you to go to. Competitors are reminded to report quickly to their workstations in order to ensure quick turn around. Failure to report for work assignment will result in forfeiture of points and any remaining runs.

Directions:

-Take Exit 6 off Hwy 102
*North bound 102 take left at top of Ramp and then take a left at end of road.
*South bound 102 straight ahead at Stop sign top of ramp
-Go past Air Flight Museum
-Go past Airport Hotel
-Turn left into large parking lot of Scotia Speed World
-Proceed to the gates to enter the track

Can someone point me where the preregistration is for the event?

There isn't any for this event, you can just register on site before 10:15. That shouldn't have been in the supp regs, didn't want people to pre-register in case we got bumped.

Yeah, I'm pretty sure that Joels 3rd run had cone. I had FTD until Joels 4th run.

I dont think i like that cone very much. Bit of a jerk. lol.

Great event, seemed like everyone had some fun, some small headrest issues for a few runs, lol.
Weather was great, I could only hope Digby will be as nice.

See you all in 2 weeks in Digby, Dont forgot the school on Friday morning. Currently 5 people signed up.
Test & Tune in the afternoon.
There are fire works Friday night. I was told the town but am drawing a blank on it right now. Weymouth I think. About 30 Min towards Yarmouth.
Ill bet better details this or next week.

Side note, This coming weekend is the Double at AMP for Car racing. I know a few of you guys will be there racing (getting a race licence) or marshaling, but its always nice seeing some fans in the stands. So come on out, Racing should be starting 9:45-10. Sat and Sun.

I really enjoyed the course, it flowed really well and definitely got the adrenaline pumping. Can't wait for Digby!
