I believe people have stayed at "Digby Campground" before, it's near town and about 20mins from the airport.

Tyson, just an FYI.... IIRC Whales cove is about an hour from the airport.
Unless you have a specific reason for staying there, there are much closer camp grounds.

Go far enough down and you'll find 2 islands...... but there's only 1 (long) road so it might as well be.

Yes, but there's a great little restaurant on the first Island and they serve Gluten Free food. :D

Is the "additional attendees" section for multiple drivers?

Registered and will pay on-site given that I still haven't got around to obtaining pay-pal.

Just an FYI

I believe the current plan is to do dinner Saturday night at the Pizza Delight.
This will be confirmed during the drivers meeting on Satruday.

We are also looking into having lunch delivered (subs/sandwichs) on Saturday.

Is anyone from The Halifax area heading down for Friday that could take the shirts and water with them?

I can take shirts. Not sure if I have room for all the water though. There's a lot.

If it helps I'm heading down Thursday evening and I have a near empty car.

Has there been any mention of a convoy? If anyone is interested in that, I am planning to leave tomorrow around 7- 7:30 from Dartmouth.

I'll be leaving from Lower Sackville at 8:30am Saturday morning.

Weather forecast is sunny and 25°C. Should be a good one.

Leaving between 8 and 9 Friday morning. Now looking ok for Fri instead of rain. Looks a little cooler than last year. We'll have water, but make sure to drink some. I hate salty bottled water (most of the cheap brands) but bring some of those juice squirts. They're great!

Registration Saturday is from 9:00-11:00. If you leave at 8:30 with I believe a 2.5 hour drive may cut it close. Just my 2 cents though.

Ah yes... I'll likely leave @ 8am then.

Although sometimes I'll just do a hard AWD launch to rotate the earth backwards slightly and gain some time. ;)

Headed out in the AM as well. Simms if you need a convoy for someone to watch your windshield or whatever people are always smashing on these excursions, let me know. I should be able to Meet Sackville for 8:00

There is also some construction going on on the highway with some stop and go so leave time for that. I'm not sure if they will be working on the weekend or not.

It would be really nice if we didn't get a big group of people arrive at 10:45 to register.......wont give you much prep or course walk time.

Here's my best run from Saturday. Quite sloppy with 3 cones; I've had better days. ;)

Was my first time using Harrys LapTimer with an OBD2 dongle. Worked great!
