Could you please star a thread for people looking for co-drives. My wife and I (Calgary) will absolutely, certainly, definitely attend if we can get a solid commitment for co-drives. Without that, it's unlikely, since the plane fare and hotel and registration is a huge bill with a lot of uncertainty.

Just about to pay.... Test and tune isn't included in entry fee?

It's usually $5-10 extra for test and tune on the Friday.

OK, so I just sent of an e-mail to Murray Peterson, offering my car to co-drive. Would anyone else be willing to do the same? If not, they can both drive my car, and put one of them in a higher class, if OK with organizers/officials. The quicker the response the better of the latter, as bringing in someone from Calgary would be a good thing, however, not easy planning on their end.

Or run a ladies class if it works out better that way.

Anyway -- my wife and I are really excited to get to a Nationals on the east coast. If Brian leaves us enough money to buy beer, then we will be there

I haven't heard about anyone planning this, but it is early days yet.

I am hoping to convince a friend living in Toronto to drive her S2000 out for the event. And I will be posting locally to see if a few more people can be convinced to make it out.

Thanks Murray. I posted a thread on mrheavyfoot to see if there's any interest. You used to run the yellow S2000 in Edmonton every now and then, correct?

Yep, that's me. We drive a red S2000 these days (the yellow car was totalled).

I haven't decided which car to run this year. I'm getting the EVO ready, but it's not exactly competitive in CSP. The Celica in STC would be decent. I'm open to having people co-drive.

After hearing about 6 people co-driving one car at Nationals, we can handle 3.

I don't think I'll be able to get a car to go to Slemon this year. I really wanted to though.

Don't EXPECT me to be there, but you can keep an eye out for me 'cause I could somehow bring myself to go even though I highly doubt it.

Also I don't enough confidence in my driving skills to drive someone elses car, doing so would be stupid on my part.

Jo and I are registered. The car info is incorrect -- could you please change it to match what is correct for Brian's car. Also, FSPL wasn't an option for class, so I put Jo into EP for now.

Registration is open now. Register between now and July 4th and the entry fee is $130. Between July 5th to July 25th it is $150. There is no registration on-site.

Hi all,

First post here, I was directed to the forum by a man named Richard (#27 NA Miata in CSP?) over on Miata.net and thought I'd say hi.

I'm a long-time competitor and organizer from Ontario and will be co-driving a friends' Subaru BRZ in CS for Nationals this year. Two years ago I won a very competitive STR class and finished 4th overall in another friends' MX5 when the Nationals were in Barrie, north of Toronto.

I'm looking forward to making the trek to Slemon this summer as a few locals who have competed there in the past say it's well worth the trip. Thanks to MMSC for hosting the event!

Out of curiosity, is it possible to list the registered tire choice on the entry list page? We're considering entering on Toyos for the contingency and would like to know who we'd be up against!.

I was in Barrie in 2012. I was there in the white JDM EVO I. Haven't decided which car to run yet, the EVO has been a pain so far this year. Looking forward to seeing you at Slemon!
