June 18, ASCC #3, Scotia speed world.
**June 27-29, ASCC #4-5 ARMS #3-4 Digby regional airport. (27 will be a Test and Tune)
July 19, ASCC #6 Sackville Church
**Aug 1-3, MMSC ARMS#5-6. CAC Nationals!! Slemon park PEI. (1st will be a test and tune)
Aug 9, ASCC #7 Sackville church.
**Sept 7, ASCC #8 ARMS #7 Atlantic motorsport park.
**Oct 5, MMSC ARMS #8 magic mountain.
Oct 11, ASCC #9 Sackville church.

ARMS is holding 8 Regional events. The worst event will not be droped. All events count. All events with a ** are regionals.
Hopefully everyone will remember Aug 1-3 MMSC will be holding there Slalom at slemon and the Canadian Autoslalom championship. Should be a great weekend.

We really did try to not have a autocross on Aug 9 as its the same weekend as Louring and the weekend after Nats. Sorry to anyone going state side for the event.

We will have another post soon about how the new classes will be. Hopefully everyone will enjoy it.

Yay, test and tune! My new set of wheels came with some 10 year old advan a032r soft compound tires, I need to see if they have any grip left.

Also great to see NBSCC is getting an event, looking forward to trying a new lot with new course designers. Who can recommend some decent hotels in the area?

10 years old? Haha, your snow tires will offer more grip. May as well finish them off at a lapping day or two, then get some new stickies for the Nat's! That's what I plan to do with my 3 year old Goodyear Eagle RS DOT's.


More like old course designers, coming out of retirement. Should be a good event!

I've seen some pretty old RA1s do some crazy things, I figure it's worth a shot trying to run old tires at slalom. I'd rather not try them out at AMP and end up doing some off track exploring. I already have some nittos for competition, then once those are gone it's hoosiers for nationals. I bought the second set of wheels to eventually use with R888s when they go on sale again

And it's new to me!

We will be trying to secure some better rates for our event ...probably starting with the Hilton for a few bucks more as they have hosted two previous AGM's for us, is within a few hundred feet of the event, and you'd be able to look out your room directly down on the parking lot.

I ran 10 year old RA1s on my Miata the last time I had it at Slemon and they actually were surprisingly grippy after a bit of a breakin. Certainly not as good as new, but better than the generic street tires I was using. Now that's a pretty grippy surface, mind you.

It could be a day time night time thing cause the last time I checked it was looking at the wharf as well.
Can not wait for this up coming season. got lots to do this winter to get ready...change the motor in my car and get the daughter's car built. It currently is still upside down getting a floor put in..then will need some fender panels..and front valance and rear valance some holes in trunk fixed. then painted then put back together. if the factory guys can build one in less then an hour we should be able to do it in six months...

I know it's early, but I'm a little confused. On this page, the MMSC regional is Sept 14. On the MMSC site it is Oct 5. Can anybody clarify, or is it still too early in the (before the) year?

I just sent Ming a PM, But i updated the calender to the regianal being Oct 5 not sept 14. Its oct 5 on the ARMS calender and the MMSC site so i would go with that.

Sorry, haven't been online much. I was asked to move the Regional to October 5th. There's a Regional September 7 and a Time Attack on September 20, so the request was to break things up a bit instead of having three Regional Solosport events in a row. Sorry for creating a conflict.

One in Fredericton, next weekend @ AMP, then the next weekend in Moncton?
