When events are rescheduled can there be a topic posted or mass email/PM sent out, or even change the main site schedules so people know. I write all the events on my calendar based on the schedule and so far May 4th Regional was/is posted as May 5th and the Digby Double is still Jun 29th and 30th.

I too would like some sort of announcement when the published schedule changes. I am assuming right now that all the dates on the page Luc referenced are correct.

Paging the Regional Solosport Director... (AKA Jason Smith)

Besides the Digby events (which were changed in Nov or Dec), the official Regional dates have not changed.
Here are two links to the Official ARMS Google Calendar, which I believe hope is correct. https://www.google.com/calendar/embed?s ... ca/Halifax or viewtopic.php?f=58&t=11316

Until I read this thread today I didn't know we had a http://www.armsinc.ca/solosport/schedule-results/ page.
It's a good idea, especially for the "Results" but it's also another page that must be manually maintained.

Many thanks to Ming & Dave for the new ARMS site, but there maybe some misinformation on it, and with anything new that can be expected to some degree.

Good eye on Luc finding the error, however to get errors website errors resolve more efficiently people can email webmaster@armsinc.ca instead of posting them to the forum.
That way it's emailed out to several people, one (or more) of who can correct the issue. Posting on the forum is good, but it doesn't guarantee that the right people see the post in a timely manner.

Also please note it's not widely known but Scott & I have had to step back from the ARMS Website (both for our own reasons). I notified the ARMS Executive in early February this year and thankfully Dave & Ming stepped forward. I hope to be able to devote more time to the website in the future, but right now other things take precedence. Dave & Ming have done a fantastic job on the new site and I think deserve great respect and recognition for their work.

PS-Brent, the email or PM button works better than typing "paging" ;)

I updated the MMSC and FMC club event dates on the ARMS page.

Need to work on centralizing information, add some automation, and some other stuff. It's going to take some time, but it should be easier to maintain.

It isn't a webmaster issue, it is a Solosport Director issue.

We have been working on an email blast with the full ASCC calendar. A newsletter was sent before the start of the season, but had few people read it. I am working on sending another this weekend, and more frequently after that. If you are an ASCC member and provided your email on the membership form you will be receiving that newsletter. If not, or if you want to make sure you are on the list, PM me your email and I will add you. The calendar on the ASCC website is correct, and most dates (ie. June 9 and Digby) were not added until they were confirmed.

We also have a twitter account @ASCCRace where upcoming events and any changes or notifications will be tweeted.
