Have fun guys.
It's looking like 2016 I shouldn't have a kid with a game time EVERY Sunday morning...
The good news is a should have a tow vehicle by then. :)

Hrm. Don't have winters for the green car yet. That could be a problem.

That's exactly what I like to hear! Snow makes me comfortable enough to take out my daily.

So, I just read the updated schedule on the ARMS mainpage, it says Jan 2nd for a rallycross, but Jan 6th here. I think this one makes more sense, but still, you never know. Anyone comfirm the actual date, just to save confusion?

I'd be up for a Wednesday rallycross! I'm not doing much else! :)

Corrected, it's good to see that someone is actually looking at the schedule on the main ARMS page

Except now I don't trust it :orglaugh:
No, someone mentioned it to me that it was up, so I looked at it, then the first date I noticed was a rallycross on a Wednesday. I figured it was wrong, but then thought that since you were retired, it just might be right.

And Wayne, since it's now on the Sunday, I may pop up. You offering your car?

I'd have a seat for you assuming I can get the Wagon sorted again by then, and I don't care if you beat me. I'm used to it. :)

It looks to me like points were given to the 4 competitors who did not complete one or both of the events. I thought we had a lenghty discussion about this a couple of BAC meetings ago, and came up with a solution.
Could someone please clarify?

4.4 – Results
a) Any competitor who at a minimum starts 1 timed run but is
unable to start all 4 timed runs will be awarded 1 point
toward their class and the overall championships.

That make sence.
But.....

b) In order to qualify to score more than 1 point towards each the
class and overall championships a competitor must at a minimum
start all 4 timed runs.

At least some of the competitors who did not complete the events were awarded points based on where they ended up in the results (based on getting the slowest time of the run). My understanding is if you do not start the run, then you do not recieve a time, therefore do not recive a total time, and therefore cannot recive points.(with the exception of 1 point for starting).
I'll use Brendan as an example...
He recieved 15 points for finishing 2nd in event #6. No problem. But he recieved 8 more points for finishing 5th in event#7, but he didn't finish event #7, he DNF'd on his 3rd run, and DNS the 4th run. According the the new rules, he should recieve 1 point for event #7, not 8 points.

Well it looks like only a few will get more than 1 point for event 7 then. Good thing it was a "freebie"

Sorry about the confusion. I goofed when I posted the results. I think I have the corrections and they will be posted at the start of the next event.

No problem Pidge, we all appreciate the effort you and Charlotte put into every event.
