With all this snow and mixed conditions, the course is going to be awesome!

..now if only I had a car to play in it with...

just drove past lot and it looks fun. Icy and bumpy under the snow as there is quite a few tire tracks frozen into the ice.

Have Fun

Rain tomorrow and Sunday, going to be interesting. Got some snow tires for the rallycross car and will hopefully have them mounted tomorrow, so we'll see how things hold up. :)

I say leave the plow home. Remember when we used to have to make tracks for a course? Yeah, that was fun. Also, take a vote before you drag out the drag, that sounded weird. haha.

I say leave the plow at home. Its going to rain all night/tomorrow, it'll be slush by the time we get there anyway. :)

It's snowing right now in Elmsdale, may continue snowing into tomorrow morning if it hovers around zero.

The change in surface was crazy! Made every run an adventure. :)

Alex's first run... ever in any competitive event. Best time for the first run by 9 seconds overall! Alex went to take first overall handily! I do believe he's hooked. :)

Ian's second run, surface changes again.

My 4th run, now we're down to full gravel except in some ice/deep water.

I called that run 'Run 4.5' in the video because it was actually a re-run. My first try at Run 4 I scared some cones into bolting with my awesome driving. (Around 1:00 in)

Yeah, after my second run I just put them on fast intermittent and left them. So wet.

Pidge, would you be able to post the starting order? It would be interesting to see how finish positions compare to starting positions.

Here's my third run in the 760.... one of the few where I didn't loop out or get stuck in ice. I still can't believe how bad my first run was.

And Joe's 2nd run:

I think my run in the first run group was the first one where there was any sort of traction developing, though really the Green Wagon just couldn't be stopped for some reason. Those free winter tires we put on just worked.

I can...I was in the bottom of the 1st run group and I was still having major problems keeping the car pointed in the right direction. Those patches of ice would just throw the rear out instantly with no warning. RWD isn't so bad in the gravel and loose snow, but it is almost worthless on ice without studs. I need a subaru...
