I am looking for the original of this shot....and permission to use it......not sure who the photographer was. We may want it to use on the T-Shirt for this years event. If not, if one of our great photographers can find a good shot of #46 at Digby or elsewhere that could work as well.

If anyone can find it, can you please let me know and send it to me or Debbie ASAP?

Thanks

I emailed this link to the usual suspects; Gord, Kevin, Neil, Richard, etc
(I don't think Harold has ever been to Digby)

EDIT:
Looks like it's most likely Gord, Kevin, Richard or Lorna.

Actually I just realized, its definitely not mine. I went to Greenwood a couple of times but my first time to Digby was last summer.

It may be one of Lorna's pics. We were there. We shall take a look on our hard drives. Trevor had already asked me for a pic of your car for the Digby shirt. Was that one not suitable after all? I sent it to him through Facebook a few weeks ago. :)

Ok I wasn't aware of that I will check with him. He didn't say anything to me.

Thanks

Ok I see it on his facebook page. I think the one above is a better picture for the shirt, and it is actually taken at Digby.
What do you think Richard/Lorna?

I didnt notice this picture in when i was looking. Since this one is in Digby might be better suited.

Great Picture

Are you planning to convert it into vectors? (Line Art style)

It maybe a pain to do but I think it would turn out much better and give greater life to the print on the shirt.

Just my 2 cents.

I have no clue when it comes to graphics, would have no idea how to do that.

You could do a simple "live trace" in Illustrator.....

Or something else....

Kevin, can you lose the trees in the background, bring the cone in closer to Mustang and add some color (no more than like 4 colors)

I like the first if in color or the third if not, but hopefully Trevor will reply.

I know people like the third one but its hard to transfer properly for silk screening, it will lose MOST of the detail. :(

....BUT...how about a version using this outline ?

Image

yes there is more work to do on it....

or this...

and then there is this version for the hell of it...

I really like the last one, but can you do the flying cones in front of it?

We had discussed at the club meeting a dark t-shirt with light print, because many of us are greasy a large part of the time

They all look great.

Now, now......he was the winner after all....the cones should at least be standing where they were in the original picture!

Well, I looked for that photo on the hard drives. I don't think it's one of Lorna's after all. The mystery continues... I like the one I had sent Trevor better anyway but this is not for me to decide. Just look at that cool guy standing in the background! lol.

Last I heard Debbie was taking care of it. Hopefully the design is close to being finalized.

In unrelated news the sup regs for Digby are now posted...

I don't know if you guys have gotten anywhere with this yet,
But I think my contour picture from that day, which looks quite similar (in position) to this mustang picture- was taken by that NB Guy with the Goatee that drives the Miata.

Hope that helps!!
