RE: The SRTUSA car. Lachute says $90k for the car, $125k for the car + spares. I was guessing more in the $50-60k range. Yikes.

No question that rally gear is expensive, but I admit that seems insane. A lot of the used top notch cars seem to go in the $40-50k range with the occasional minty Vermont Spors Car going for slightly higher. The math doesn't really add up to what I'm seeing there.

That said, Antoine L'Estages car's build is mumbled to be in the $400k range when its all said and done and Higgins' current SRTUSA car can't be that far behind, but they don't publish their specs.

Is that Targa Volvo wagon still for sale? I checked it out at Targa last year and it was really well built. I'd love to have it!

Cheap SG5 (My generation) Manual Forester. I really found mine rallycrossed well with the stock suspension. Tall, lots of travel and well sprung. Lots of practicality, too. Even has a hitch!
