Hello everyone,

With much regret, we offer our 2012 MX-5 Sport (USA spec) "Pedro" for sale. Some details/history:

- Approx. 117,000 km
- Purchased in April 2016 at Paul Miller Mazda in Lexington, Kentucky;
- 5-speed manual transmission. Excellent mechanical condition, it has been looked after by independent and knowledgeable shops in Lexington, KY and Kentville, NS. Transmission and differential fluids were changed in 2020; oil has been changed annually with Castrol full synthetic;
- This is not a show car. It has competed in or surveyed road rallies (including collecting 2nd place in the 2017 Cincinnati Region SCCA Road Rally Championships). It has spiritedly toured the Tail of the Dragon, Back of the Dragon and the Devil's Triangle in the USA, and has taken part in a High-Performance Driving Event at the National Corvette Museum Motorsport Park in Bowling Green, KY in May 2017. Pedro has been entered in irregular autoslalom/autocross/Solo II events in Kentucky and Nova Scotia.
- Copper Red paint quality is 7/10 on the nose; remainder is 9/10. The vinyl convertible top is in very good shape for its age and is treated regularly with 303 Protectant;
- Modifications are simple but effective, and include Bilstein B6 shocks, Eibach sway bars, RE Suspension bump stops, 3mm wheel spacers at all corners, and a Roadster Sport single outlet muffler. The original dual-outlet muffler will be included in the sale. It currently rolls on Michelin Pilot Sport A/S 3+ rubber which should probably be changed in 2026.
- New front brake rotors and pads were installed in July 2025;
- The car will come complete with a set of soft, monogrammed and fitted luggage, the aforementioned stock dual-outlet muffler, and complete service records from the date of our purchase to the present.
- $15,500.00.

We cannot use it enough to make it worthwhile and so someone who can drive it regularly and have fun with it should have the chance. It is a very capable and reliable sports car with an interesting history and lots of TLC.
