Production Class: Battery location is now free. (I think this was the only P4WD issue left in the Audi, Jim. Good news.)
All Classes: Seats SHOULD be replaced 5 years after manufacture date and MUST be replaced 10 years after manufacture date as of January 1st, 2014. Annual removal and detailed inspection is recommended or after any crashes. FIA 8855-1999 and 8855-2009 are still required.
All Classes: Belt cutter(s) MUST be present in reach of BOTH the driver and co-driver. (I really like the ResQMe which you can get at Home Hardware cheap. Small, easy to grab/attach and functions as both a belt cutter and window punch.

All Classes: Service Park max speed is now 20km/h from 30.
All Classes: No electric fuel transfer pumps and fuel cans must be stored within your trailer or service vehicle.
There's other administrative rules clarifying the definition of DNF, some Licensing issues and the acceptance of DOT helmets for RallyCross.
