I've just received this from the SCCA New England Region; thought I would pass it along in case anyone is heading across the border:

Grab Bag Road Rally, November 2, 2019

The Grab Bag Road Rally will be a straight-forward Time-Speed-Distance rally of approximately 130 miles. A mix of formats will be used for the route instructions! Grab Bag will start and end in Concord, NH and wind its way over scenic New Hampshire back roads. Paved and unpaved roads are utilized. The rally is hosted by New England Region, Sports Car Club of America (NER,SCCA).

General: Grab Bag will be run in compliance with the 2015 NER SCCA Rally Regulations. These are available on http://www.ner.org.

Start Location: Courtyard Marriott Concord, 70 Constitution Ave., Concord, NH (exit 15W). Time: 7:00AM - 8:30AM (Capitol Room)

First Car Off at 9:15AM plus car number in minutes.

Lunch: A variety of fast food options along the way or bring your own food.

If showing up the day of event without pre-registering, please bring exact cash amount. No lodging has been pre-arranged for this event.

Finish: ~4:00ish at Buffalo Wild Wings, 8 Loudon Road (exit 14), Concord NH.
