Richta registration for the Rally of the Midwinter Moon is now available!

This is the registration for those crews who have volunteered (or will volunteer) to run the Richta Competitor app while they contest the rally.

This part of your registration covers the Richta system only and is only for those of you willing to trial the Richta system for us! You’ll still need to register with ASCC and the rallymasters/registrar before you can compete!

For Richta purposes, all you need is a smartphone or a GPS-enabled tablet, mounted in your rally car with a clear view of the sky (it works on GPS signals, after all). The app is free, and while we’ll have a look at the Richta scores at the end for our test purposes, they will have no bearing on actual placings.

If you want to help us test this system, drop us a line here or DM me. I’ll send you the instructions for how to register for the rally on the Competitor app and assign you a Richta start number. For those of you who do volunteer to help us, I think you’ll find Richta an interesting, accurate, and efficient method of rally timing and scoring.
