Hello all, Happy New Year!
Please read the following notice from the Bluenose Autosport Club President:

"Happy New Year to all.

January 13 is our first rally cross event of 2019. Correction, the Snell 2005 ratings are acceptable. We will be inspecting and marking the 2005 and newer Snell rated helmets before the event.

We still carry 5 helmets to the events for you to borrow.

Hope to see you at Conrad’s on Sunday the 13th.

P.S. We have done some work at AMP smoothing out a few ruts and hope for some snow cover before we schedule an event there.
"

10:00am- Driver's Meeting
10:30am- First Car Starts
3:00pm- Last Car finishes (this time is approximate given number of
entries and the quality of the course).
3:30pm- Course Clean-up

February 10th we are going to AMP!
It has been awhile, but we're ready to try it out again! The temperatures are not ideal, but we're going to do it!

Charlotte will have some chicken soup and hot chocolate available, as well as a couple heaters going in the Guthrie building.

Registration on site closes at 9:45 AM. See you on Sunday!!

Hey guys!

Just a heads up that Racetrack road is full of ice today! So be cautious when heading in tomorrow, especially those with trailers.

See you all in the morning!! Don't forget a warm coat and mitts!

Was a very cold day, so the course stayed together so that we can play another day!

Hey all Rally Cross competitors.
We are considering having another club RX event (not listed on the calendar) for March 17th.
That would mean 3 Sundays' in a row at AMP (March 10th, 17th, 24th).
How do you feel about this?
We'll be having a vote at the next RX.
Thanks!

I have no objection to it happening as long as its a no-points event, but I'm not sure I'd be there.

Friday March 8. I went to AMP today. Racetrack road has not been plowed yet. The highway department has been contacted.
I drove around a proposed course and did make a track that can be followed. The plan is to go back tomorrow and push some snow around to make way for parking.
Don't forget that we set our clocks ahead Saturday night.

Jonathan and I were at AMP today. Racetrack road has not been plowed. Jonathan plans to bring the Samari Plow in the morning and will push a bit on the hill to clear some snow. The course has been patted down and is mostly about two tire widths.
Jonathan cleared some parking areas. Do not forget to set your clocks ahead.
See you in the morning.
