The ARMS calendar is showing the BAC rally cross on March 16th as being cancelled.

Is this an error?

I took a drive through at about 3 today...and well, it's going to be messy for tomorrow.
The small lot across the road has been consumed by a rather large washout going from one side, almost to the other. The big lot still has patches of ice and the lake at the far end remains frozen. I suspect this will break up quickly if we were to drive on it (which we should!). The rest of the gravel is relatively soft and some areas still have large ruts.
Like I said, things are going to get messy!

We'll do what we can with it. Soft in itself isn't the end of the world since its warm enough now that we can fix it afterwards, unlike before when it froze in place.

It was a bead popping, deep rutted, nice and fast, off course inducing type of course, and we loved it!! :D
Sorry we couldn't stay and help with ground repairs but the eight year old needed to be picked up.
See ya'll next time.

Thanks for coming out, it says something when even the DNFs are a good experience!

We spent a good amount of time afterwards dragging the lot and I think its in pretty respectable shape. See everyone in two weeks!

Thanks to everyone who came out.

Big thanks to those who lent a hand with the lot resurfacing.

I've never seen Pidge Zamboni a mud and gravel lot before. Man of many talents.

My pictures from Sunday 16 Mar 2014 are now posted at:

http://www.bluenoseautosport.ca/hmmerk/ ... /index.htm

As usual, they are organized by driver starting order, but in chronological order for each driver. Except for car 1, the pictures are from the first three runs only. I think one of the pictures for Car 1 is from run #4.

You can tell from the smiles on the faces here that everyone had a good time!
