Announcement pending but I'm not holding my breath. I'll be visiting the lot tonight or tomorrow morning. With the rain and temps I'd bet money on it being mega soft.

Sorry folks, not what I wanted to be writing again but the rain last night really killed us. I visited the lot this afternoon and you sink into the ground just walking on it.

This is about a half throttle launch on the small lot. Picture this times 15-20 cars times 4 runs. We'd have trenches Bruce could lay some Natural Gas piping in.

Sorry folks, mother nature just isn't working with us this weekend. Hopefully some folks will find their outlet at the MMSC and FMC events this weekend.

How does the big lot look? Just wondering if it's good to level off for the next big freeze.

A few of us are going to look at taking a crack at that tomorrow I think since the snow has been called off. -5 overnight to 0 tomorrow so hopefully it doesn't freeze up. If we can even just take the tops off the worst of it we'll have something we can work around.

A few of us are going out to the big lot in the morning to see what we can do to clean up. I'll post details when we have times. Drop by if you can!

Thanks very much to Dave Hull, Ian Pearce and Jonathan Conrad for the cleanup at the Scotia Speed World big lot today. With Dave's dragging and Jon's plowing we greatly improved the condition of the big lot. I'd say its at 70-80% of perfect condition again! Now if we can just get some warm+dry or some very cold weather we're set for using the big lot again!

Here's the before shots. I wasn't kidding when I said we couldn't use it in this state:

It looks far, far better now! Thanks guys!
