The clock is now ticking! Event #3 is coming up in less than two weeks and we need an organizer! Who's stepping up? Like the course from yesterday? Design something similar! Hate the course from yesterday? Design something better! Got some other ideas? Lets see them!

We'll give you all the tools you need to run a successful event, you just need to show up a little earlier, stay a little later and you get to help keep this awesome fun we call RallyCross going!

We'll probably be in the backup lot again unless something drastically changes with Adessa. We'll check and decide by late next week. We spent quite a bit of time smoothing out the lot after yesterdays event though, so it should be a perfect canvas for your ideas!

MORE SIDEWAYS!

Where's our organizer??? We're going to have to make the call by Thursday/Friday on whether or not this event is going forward. We need an experienced competitor to put in just an hour or two of extra work to make this happen! Step up!

So are dan and I doing it? I got no response from gordon about my questions, or even confirmation that it would be us.

That I don't know. What I read didn't say who was, just that there was. Gord's out of the Country right now, so chances of him responding may be slim. I suggest showing up, and if someone else shows up to set up, follow and help, and then take on another one later on.

Small I believe, but if miracles happened and the cars are not in the big lot, then the big lot it will be!

Well...due to a late start for me I did not charge the batteries in the camera. This led to me having to swap batteries out every
20 minutes or so while I tried to charge the other one. The camera even stopped a few times in mid picture...bummer!

Thanks All!

Big thanks to Scott, Ryan, Danny, Sasha and all that helped with setup and teardown. Many hands make light work.

Brisk, but good!

Sooo, it looks as though fwd is a tight class this year, anyone's win. Look at the first 3 cars in fwd, and if you subtract their pylon penalties(I know, that's against what it's all about) but really, they're 6 tenths apart! That's close! Clean up the runs and continue the tight battles! Great stuff!

Wow, and here I felt bad because I didn't get a chance to swap the gravel tires back on the Wagon before I left for the sandbox. 8O

Great job Ian and Alex!

Thanks everyone for your help! Wish I could have been there!

Thanks to Ian & all for the help in the morning! I had a blast, and I'll be back as long as the contour survives.

Here are some videos, I haven't had a chance to actually cut out the non-racing parts yet.

Nice pictures, Kevin. And good to see you out at these events!

My pictures are finally available at:

http://www.bluenoseautosport.ca/hmmerk/ ... /index.htm

Except for some of Jonathan, they are all from the first run and are in chronological order.

Alex just pointed out he's classified as prepared. The 'ol green wagon is far from prepared. They were even on snow tires. :)
