It's that time again. If there's any topics you would like to discuss at the 2022 Solosport Workshop, post below and I will add it to the agenda.

Maximum amount of runs for Regionals. Personally I think it should be 6. Allows for events that may rain to get 3 runs per group in a equal weather/time.

Regional status of events held during/after major storms.
While I was not in any championship this year, I would not have made the last regional of the year even if i was in the championship as I Wouldn't risk what fuel I had to support my generator. PEI folks had no chance as the bridge was shut down. Also having next to no cell reception or internet made asking the question hard. My suggestion would have been to start the conversation mid-week and cancel the regional status and run it as a club event.

I still think we should run 3 double weekends if possible. Nobody from the Halifax area really wants to go to saint John for 4 runs. Summer is short, and there are lots of competing hobbies for weekends. One less date tied up would be a good thing plus maybe getting more seat time with the double and maybe a test day would hopefully draw more entries. Not many people make all regionals as it stands.
