So what is the deal with karts and autocross in the Maritimes?

It seems like with a decent venue and some coordination (ie having the cars parked while karts are running), it would be easy to implement.
And it would presumably have a positive effect on both karting and autocross numbers.

Why haven't we been doing this?

From my memory, ASN Canada had some old school thinking that was holding it back. SCCA have been doing it for years without any issue. Now that ASN is gone, this could be a good time to revisit the topic!
