Nationals. Making it the biggest and best event possible. There's really nothing else that needs to be on the agenda.

I think we need to go over some basic reminders.
1- NO Passengers at regional events. This isnt new but seems to be forgotten. Also the organizer controls who can instruct. The organizer can appoint someone to control this, but it is up to the organizer.

2- If the timer fails during a run and it is known that it has failed, the competitor/s on course must be Red flagged and stopped. None of this is new, Just seems to be forgotten.

3- If a Animal/Bird is hit during a run, we need to stop and remove it. Having a animal half dead on course is not right. Some people dont care about a bird flapping around half dead on course, but myself and many others do. I didnt know it was still alive until we stopped to have the airport guys go get it.

4- Course design. Not trying to put hurt on anyone, but if we are going to run PAX, we need to do our best to build a PAXable course. What each CLUB does for there regular events is fine. Not many people coming from away, but for regional events, we need to make it close. Each venue has its ups and downs. Using them to your best advantage is all I ask. Digby and Harbor station are difficult to make a great PAXable course. There just very Tight locations.

5- Car classing. While it is up to the competitors, We should be trying our best at each event at getting people correctly classed. Whether they go re-class themselves or not is up to them. I found a few people being told by experienced competitors to enter a class there car in no way fit. So if you do not know the rules for the classes just say so. Its just awkward helping people after they think a experience person informed them correctly. We all make mistakes, and that may have been all it was. Just happened 4-5 times this year.

I'd like to have reminders about scrutineering and car numbers as well.

Oh god, Dont start us on numbers lol. ASCC will be cracking down next year. From wrong numbers to no numbers or class. We have a idea for it, just not sure how its going to work out. The other idea is, If you come to the line with no number, or the wrong number, you will be sent back to Pre-Grid and miss your run. Also we as the region should look into dumping duplicate numbers. Right now we could have multiple car #87. As long as each one is in a different class its okay. I think we need to change that.

Also double driver cars MUST be 100 in the difference. So if i had a co driver, I would be car number 87 and they would be car 187.
So when giving out numbers, 0-99 would be givin out, then all double drivers would be 100-199.

not sure why you have a problem with duplicated numbers in different classes, at that rate you'll end up with half the cars running painters tape and you'll also quickly run out of 0-99 numbers

maybe we need something like SCCA's barcode driver ID system
