Shearwater event #4 (Club event #8) for 2019 is on
Sunday, September 8PLEASE NOTE THE REGISTRATION CUTOFF TIME. We cannot do late registrations at Shearwater. If you cannot make 9:45, arrange for someone else to fill out / submit your form + payment. You must still make the Driver's meeting to compete.
The reason for the time cutoff is to do an official coursewalk every event.
Course will be closed for walking until it is finished. Please be patient with us for setup, we are usually done by 9:15 if we get in at 8:00. If you want to help, we can always use it. Contact me if you could be there @ 8:30 and can help with setup. Note that we're looking for people with slalom experience.

If you break these rules you risk being removed from the site and possibly banned from future events. You may be asked for proof of govt issued ID upon entry.
It took a lot of work on behalf of ASCC President Debbie Miller to get this site, we do not want to jeopardize it in any way. The rules are quite simple. They will also be covered clearly in the driver's meeting.
