Supplemental Regulations for May 9th, 2015 ASCC Club Autoslalom event #1
ASCC, Toyo Tires Autoslalom Event#1.

Location: Stoneridge Fellowship, 85 Temple Terrace, Sackville, NS
Organizer: ASCC Solo committee
Course Set Up Workforce: ***Volunteers Needed
Timing and Scoring: James, Charlotte, Cathy Partridge, and Krista Barron
Registrar: Charlotte, Cathy Partridge and Krista Barron
Chief Scrutineer: TBD
Safety Steward: TBD
Entry Fee: $20.00 (for members of an ARMS-affiliate club).

Schedule:

0800: Volunteers are asked to arrive.
0830: Registration and Scrutineering Open.
1030: Registration and Scrutineering Closed.
1035: Drivers meeting.
1040: "Official" course walk.
1100: First car starts.

We will try and have a 45MIN lunch after the first run group ends. If we are behind on time, we may shorten or skip the lunch break.
Insure you bring liquids, food, and extra/appropriate clothing. Lets hope we need sunblock for this event as well.

NEW****** Toyo Tires Canada has sponsored the ASCC series this season.
All competitors running Toyo Tires Bought in Canada, and the Toyo Tire decal are eligible. (ASCC has the decals.)
Highest finishing Driver running Toyo tires in the ASCC autoslalom series will receive, $200 off a set of Toyo R-Comp tires.
We also have some T-shirts to give away during the Digby event.


Insurance: As required by ARMS, provided by ASN Canada FIA. Waiver to be signed by all persons on-site.

Regulations: This event will be held under the General Competition Rules of ARMS, and the Atlantic Sports Car Club event regulations. All competitors must be present for the Drivers meeting. If you can not make it, contact me prior. This is the 1st event of the 2015 ASCC club Autoslalom season.

Absolutely no speeding or reckless driving around the site will be tolerated. Driving behavior during the event will be discussed at the drivers meeting

Notes:

Run/Work Groups:

All cars must have their competition number and class displayed on both sides of their car for the benefit of the Paddock Marshall and the Timing and Scoring staff.

Work groups will be called by the car number of competitors who are required to work. Everyone will work at least once as assigned by the Organizer. Competitors are reminded to report quickly to their workstations in order to ensure quick turn around. Failure to report for work assignment will result in forfeiture of points and any remaining runs. The work assignment list will be available from the Organizer and the Paddock Marshall.

Hello
The Dalhousie FSAE team was hoping to come out tomorrow as our last little test before we leave for our competition at FSAE Michigan. We want to make sure that was alright, we have been out at least one time last year. Last I looked there is still a class for FSAE cars. We will have 4 or so drivers for our car.
If this is a problem or anything I can do, let me know.

Roughly how long does it take for someone to approve a member into the ASCC subsection? given the amount of newcomers it'd probably be easier to just post the results here I would think.

Usually someone is pretty quick to approve any sort of request. For my access to BAC and ASCC each only took a day.

Using your own name might help too, as the request approver may not know who you are. Most people use their own names here anyway, it's more personable that way. Give it a try, c'mon.

I just noticed that Shane's time, in XP, is slower raw than Colins time in FSP, but yet the XP time is faster in Pax. ???

I didn't look at them, I just posted them. If there are corrections, Scott or Pidge can send them to me. Or other ways to share, but Scott can message me for those.

I can share them but I have not yet recieved the data from Pidge. I understood there were still some errors needing to be fixed. With future events there won't be such a delay, I'm going to download the results directly from the laptop after each event.
