I'm gonna try to make it from Moncton, but do you provide loaner helmets? Unfortunately I haven't bought my own yet.

I guess it's gonna have to be one of my helmets as the NBSCC's helmets have all expired :pist: ...Princess Auto in Saint John has Snell M2010 on for regular price of $89 I hear though :D

We don't know the area well. Are there washroom facilities within walking distance? I have a SNELL 2000 helmet I can bring... I think they are still legal this year? It has an MMSC logo on it too!

There's a Shell convenience store right in the parking lot ...but they did shut down the washrooms the last time we were there :?

Can't say I blame Rick and maybe if everybody was respectful enough to buy something while at the store everything will work out ok? We got no power over spectators though...

Two Timmy's ...er, Burger Kings? just down the hill a kilometre or so if that works?

I will bring all the Helmets I have, though I think there are going to be 3 Trivett's in the event... So unless you're ion the opposing run group, I can't see that being any help to you!

Richard, washrooms in specific might be an odd one. The location itself is 30 seconds to everything, but being a Holiday I can't imagine much other than the Shell that Stacy mentioned!

A truly Great Day! got a little warm around lunch break. then a nice cloud cover and slight breeze came up for the afternoon with an occasional sunny period.
Lots of smiles from everyone.

Was a great day indeed! Different perspective when you actually set a course! I got so busy trying to come up with onsets in the braking zones and trying to use as much of the space as possible, that I kind of went NASCAR and forgot to turn both ways! My poor front left toyo was bitter at me by the end of the 14 runs it did with Sarah and I combined throughout the day... Next time I'll have to take all left turns to equal out my tread wear!

Nice pics! Glad it was a good time for all. We decided the weather was too iffy to chance it but we figured whatever we'd decide would be wrong... which was right. :orglaugh: Sorry we missed it.

Nice shots people....

...now if the CRX was replaced with the little mini in front of the GMC motorhome it could be an add in Car & Driver for that year. !!! 8)

Kevin, the owner of the mini, Adam, also owns the motorhome. Their driveway is that ad!

  ...now that's more like it !!!

Damn I like those motorhomes, so far ahead of anything in its day even the airstreams. Does Adam tow the mini behind the motorhome for the events as that would be classic. 8)

Here is some video footage from the day;

The first video is a fun run with Stacy's daughter Tessa, he insisted that I point the camera back at her to get her reaction. Interestingly, this turned out to be faster than my competition run... She was a good sport, as well!

The second was what turned out to be FTD, though that comes on the back of designing the course, and Stacy having one of those days... But it gives you a good view of the layout.

And the third is my sister, co-driving with me in only her second Autocross event. She had never even sat in the car before her first run (I probably should have taken her for a drive the day before, huh?), she was not used to the paddle shift, and without any guidence from me at all, she did very well to find a reasonable line! With a little instruction, I think she easily would have been a lot quicker, but I'm happy she did this well as it was!

True I just don't have that many people standing around.....all the time :)

And Yes Kevin the Motorhome was bought to tow the mini with. the mini goes on a custom built trailer. I didn't tow at this event as it would have taken longer to load then to just get someone to drive it up.
