I have my wheel tire setup for the track ready (hoosier r7) and brought my oem wheels and tires as spares to use driving to and from amp over the weekend.

To my dismay, the oem wheels won't clear my front brakes (AP racing).

So before tomorrow AM, I'm trying to find either:

a) Wheel spacers, 5x100 or universal 5 lug with 8-12mm thickness
b) Some random 17 inch plus 5x100 or universal 5 lug wheels that are likely to clear the brakes for the weekend

Any help would be great. I tried can tire, but they don't have 5 lug spacers with the proper bolt center.

Well I've got some terrible news for you, there is no ARMS lapping tomorrow.... Are you sticking around until monday? There is a lapping event then.

I have 25mm spacers that bolt on. I can likely find you something that will work if those won't, shoot me a text - 902-300-3858. I'm bad at checking the forum.

Mike, if you get very hard up, go to my place and jack up my Neon. There are 8mm on each wheel, plus possibly one more on the rear. 17mm, electric impact behind car, 17mm socket is beside the toolbox on the right. Just put the wheels back on and then either drop them off on your way home, or give them to Scott and I will pick them up later.

I had no idea about lapping being cancelled tomorrow. I drove up from nl for the event.

As far as the spacers thanks everyone esp Brian for all the offers. I ended up finding some at can tire in lower Sackville today. They seem to work great.

When was the Saturday ARMS lapping cancelled?

I feel terrible for Mike. Drove all the way from NL for this weekend because of the two lapping days (Saturday and Monday).

At least there's still AFRA lapping on Monday. Expensive trip for only one track day though.

"That was going to be held before the 3rd car round before the car race day got moved to June. Once the race got moved, the lapping day got axed. I just forgot to delete it off the calendar. Sorry! "

An honest mistake, but very unfortunate.

And yeah, we were going to have a lapping day before the 3rd car round, but when it got moved, we axed the whole weekend. I just totally forgot to delete the lapping date off the calendar. Bah. I feel bad
