We have a new card maker. It enables us to print a credit card type Time Attack and Lapping licences. One part of the card will be a once a year waiver signed. This form is on the web site. Another part of the form is a picture ID. You can send these to me at<jpartridge@ns.sympatico.ca>. The computer we have can take your picture. I will try to set up a convenient time and place for us to get together and get your licence printed.

Presumably, an organiser can allow a participant who has last year's license and completes a renewal form and pays the renewal fee with the organiser. The organizer would then send the form and picture to you for processing.

Is this correct?
