Easily the most nefarious tool in iRacing's arsenal is the unloaded setup! It was a funny story for the Regulars during the 24 hours of Daytona. Our first team race, and we didn't know that iRacing didn't load the last used setup when the race started. So we ended up using the baseline for the whole 24 hours. Let me tell you, that was murder on the straights of Daytona.

Yeah, whenever you join a session for a team event, it always loads the iRacing default setup.

The 2nd setup that Ryan posted has traction control set low. If you crank it up to 6 (max), then it's much more stable (i.e. safer) under acceleration.
