As discussed in our last race session, you can set iRacing to NOT automatically request full pit service once your vehicle exits pit road. What this means is that when you enter the pits during a race, you won't get new tires and additional fuel.

Edit My Documents\iRacing\app.ini

Look for autoResetPitBox=1 and change it to =0
