I'm throwing this out there to gauge interest....
As most of us are actively involved in ARMS sanctioned motorsports events during the summer season, I had planned to put the ARMS iRacing League on hiatus from April through October, and start is back up again in November. In iRacing terms, we'd run Season 01, skip 02-03, and run Season 04.
But it might be fun to have the odd event in between.
With the recently released Autódromo José Carlos Pace (Interlagos) and soon to be released Circuit Gilles Villeneuve, iRacing has about 5 of the tracks on the 2013 Formula One calendar. Perhaps we could have our own mini F1 series with iRacing's Williams-Toyota FW31.
They would be full-length races with equal number of laps as the real race, held on the Friday evening prior to Sunday's F1 race. For example:
