It is not! Open set-ups all around!

Edit: If the enduro was any indication, the series may be fixed in the other respect

The league email function appears to be down, so let this post serve as your race reminder for tonight!

I've yet to turn a lap on the Patriot course. Looks like it'll be similar to running a 15-lap autoslalom course. :)

If my power ever comes back on at home I'll be there, as I don't think my generator can run the freezers and the computer at the same time

You guys get that wind yesterday? Hit 111km/hr here... (118km/hr would have made it a Hurricane)

I drove through this spot just before this picture was taken yesterday

103 kph here and 20K power outages province-wide. I never lost power, but my BBQ cover blew off... ;)

Why do you think the lights just came on in the cruiser 8)

Of course they wouldn't be pulling me over for my speed in tonight's race...

What a great format! That was a lot of fun. Thanks for hosting it Ryan.

Unfortunately, I didn't make R2 & R3. Every time I tried to join R2, the sim would crash as the track was loading. So I tried rebooting my PC, but it still kept happening. However it only crashed with the MX-5 @ VIR. All other cars & tracks were fine. Then I tried deleting the track from my hard drive and downloading it again. Still kept crashing. Then I took more drastic measures and completely uninstalled iRacing, downloaded a fresh copy and reinstalled it. This took me well beyond the start of R3. And it still did not fix the problem.... Argh!

This morning I had the thought that maybe it was something to do with my iRacing lap / paint / replay / setups / telemetry / etc. files, which are not removed when you do an uninstall. Sure enough, that was the issue. I narrowed it down to the setup file that was currently loaded in my MX-5 for VIR. It got corrupted somehow and deleting it solved the crashing issue. Phew!

Really sucks I missed two of the races as the first one was fun as hell, but as least I'm back up and running now. Looking forward to the next league race!

Here's the results from race #1 & #3. There are no results for #2 due to an issue with rolling starts on the Patriot configuration. Looks like Brian is the one to beat in this series!

Scott, I'm confused on the points. If you only did one race last Friday and got 15 points, and Stacy did two races and received 8+10 (race 1 and 2) how do you end up with 19 points?

Even though Scott did not take part in race 3, he had connected to the session, and even though he shows as disconnected, he still collected the 4 points for being in last place. This is why we need more people so lazy bums like Scott can't get free points when his setup files get corrupted

Ryan is correct. As I was trying to resolve my issue, I registered (and attempted to join) the 3rd race, which consequently gave me points for finishing last. Check the results above. :)
