Contact at Beginning and End of Race - all instances of contact reported (by clerk, stewards, marshalls, race control and other judges of fact) in the first 10 minutes and last 10 minutes of the race will result in stop-and-go penalties for ALL drivers involved, regardless of fault. Be advised that it may take several laps for the administration of all penalties to be administered. Drivers are reminded of pit speed and proper pit lane behavior when entering and exiting to serve the penalty; avoid further penalties for pit behavior.

Behavior Standards Flag - The JCM will utilize the light blue flag with white stripe, accompanied by a displayed car number, to issue drivers warnings for behavior such as driving off course or displaying a lack of track awareness. Multiple warnings may result in a penalty. This flag seeks to make drivers aware so they can improve their driving before a penalty is incurred.
